Project Overview
This project aimed to modernize and streamline the warehouse and asset management system by integrating barcode and RFID technology with handheld devices (Handheld Terminals – HHTs). The goal was to automate inventory tracking, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency in warehouse operations.
As the Lead Developer, I was responsible for designing and implementing the subsystem, ensuring seamless data synchronization between handheld scanners and the central SQL Server database. This solution significantly reduced manual data entry errors, optimized stock management, and accelerated inventory audits.
