Project Overview
In 2014, I led and developed a real-time vehicle location tracking system for Aris Rayaneh Arak Company, aimed at businesses requiring accurate and real-time fleet monitoring. This project, titled “Implementation of a Vehicle Location Website,” was designed to assist logistics companies, transportation services, postal services, school transportation providers, and car rental businesses in effectively tracking their vehicles.
The system integrated seamlessly with vehicle tracking hardware manufactured by the company, ensuring precise real-time monitoring, enhanced operational efficiency, and improved customer service. The web-based solution allowed users to view live vehicle locations, monitor fleet performance, and receive real-time updates, significantly improving fleet management and logistics coordination.
As the Team Leader, I managed a team of six professionals, overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from system architecture design to deployment. In addition to leadership responsibilities, I actively contributed to coding, database design, and API integration to ensure seamless connectivity between the software and tracking hardware.
